Delivery
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order or hire to the address you specify. The method used to deliver your order varies depending on the weight and size of your order. There has been an increase of planned thefts on specific items within the industry by third parties using a courier to collect goods and have them deliver items not to the place of specified hire. These items have never been recovered. To minimize this type of activity, Projekt-M Ltd, will follow a strict procedure of obtaining, Photographic ID, Proof of address, and Banking account details of non-commercial clients or where there is limited customer profile. A photograph will be taken of any individual sent on behalf of the client as a representative to collect any dry-hire goods. Mileage is charged at HMRC rate of 45 pence (GBP) per mile where stipulated in the agreement. The customer is responsible for the receipt, handling and care of goods once delivered to site, unless on a Wet-Hire basis.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain suitable insurance cover for the goods during the period of hire. An Insurance value will be annotated on every hire agreement. Projekt-M hold full responsibility of hire goods during their possession/transit until the point of formal handover. Please contact us if you require a reputable short-term insurance provider to cover this requirement.

The description and specification of products on this website are only approximate and supplied to us by the manufacturers of the specific brands/products. We reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of these products. We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product or service from sale without incurring any liability. Price and availability is subject to change without notice.

The products and services advertised on this website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale. The sale of products or services from this website is subject to availability. Your order for a product or service is an offer to purchase or hire equipment or services and Projekt-M retains the discretion to refuse your order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until Projekt-M have dispatched or agreed in writing to your order.
Other Cancellations / Refunds of Orders or Services
You may cancel your Sales Order/Hire agreement or service by contacting our customer service department via email ([email protected]). Any cancellation must be in writing.
Order/Hire Agreement cancellation must be within 30 working days of receipt of confirmation of your order if the value is more than £1000, or 14 days if less than this value. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products you must return the product(s), unopened and in their complete packaging, to our head office address (see contact us information on the Projekt-M website). The products must be returned at your own expense. Your order will not be refunded until the items have been received by us. To ensure we receive delivery we recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery Service. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once you have opened the product containers or packaging, or if you have used the product.
Service cancellation must be as soon as possible. You cannot cancel your order or demand a refund once the service has started and Projekt-M are not obliged to do so whatsoever. You will lose all monies paid for the service up to this point. Your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products are not affected.
Payment
The price of the products and services will be the price quoted on the website or via direct communications from Projekt-M only and at the time we accept your order in writing. Where specified, some larger hire package or specific item listings do not include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). This will be calculated on final quote/invoice but will not include the cost of delivery (where applicable). In addition to the price you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The price of these charges varies depending on the cost of your order. Our payment facility is via BACS transfer only or as agreed prior to hire agreement. A reservation deposit of 20% may be requested in advance of certain hire equipment due to their value and demand. This deposit is to secure your commitment to the hire date and will be deducted from final invoice price.
Products by Internet
You may request the order products or services from this website by submitting an email to Projekt-M. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email to the address you have given and the sending of this email (whether it is received) makes the contract between us. By placing an order, you are confirming you’re over 18 years old and you agree to accept our terms and conditions.
Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Certain promotional offers may only be available for a limited period and while stocks lastor services are still available. If your order is received after the offer period, or if the goods or services are no longer available under that offer we will notify you before we dispatch the goods or conformation of services. Refunds for goods or services purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Promotion Offers and Discount Codes can be revoked or cancelled at anytime without prior notice and at the complete discretion of Projekt-M without being held liable whatsoever. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Registration
You must ensure that the personal information you provide when registering with or contact Projekt-M is true, accurate, current, and complete in all aspects. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by updating your account details with Projekt-M.
